Privacy policy
Last updated 31 October 2026. This policy explains what AdaptiveHub Desk collects and why.
Who we are
AdaptiveHub Desk is a service of AdaptiveHub. In this policy, "we" means AdaptiveHub and "you" means the school, lab or business that opens a Desk account (the "lab").
What we collect
- Account data: staff names, email addresses and sign-in details.
- Roster data: the names, codes and groups of the people you add to your lab, and their wallet balances and transactions.
- Usage data: PC names, lock state, session start and end times, and blocked-site rules.
- Screen data: screen images are only captured when a lab administrator turns on screen viewing, and are not stored unless you choose to keep them.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic logs needed to keep the service safe.
How we use it
We use data to run the service, secure it, provide support and bill your account. We do not sell personal data and we do not show advertising inside Desk.
Your responsibilities as a lab
The lab decides who is added to the roster and whether screen viewing is on. You are responsible for telling the people who use your PCs, and for getting any consent that the law requires, including parental consent for minors. Desk shows a notice on a PC while its screen is being viewed.
Where data lives
Each lab is stored in its own database. Data is hosted on servers we control and is protected by access controls and encrypted connections.
Retention and deletion
We keep lab data while your account is active. When you close your account we delete lab data after a short grace period, except records we must keep by law.
Your rights
You and the people on your roster may ask to access, correct or delete personal data, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other laws that apply. Contact us at hello@adaptivehub.app.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will update the date above and tell account owners by email.
