The service

AdaptiveHub Desk lets you manage PCs in a lab or café from a web console and a small agent installed on each PC. We may improve or change features over time.

Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the staff you invite.

Acceptable use

• Install the agent only on PCs you own or have permission to manage.
• Turn on screen viewing and remote control only where you have the right to, and tell the people affected.
• Do not use Desk to break the law, to harm others or to attack other systems.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge. The free plan is limited to the number of PCs shown on the pricing page.

Money handled in Desk

Wallet balances and time packs inside Desk are records kept for your lab. You are responsible for the cash and payments you collect, and for any receipts or taxes your local rules require.

Availability

We work hard to keep Desk running but do not promise it will always be available. PCs keep their last state if the connection is lost.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
